Entry to The Philippine Global School is acknowledged both by the school and the enrollees with a clear understanding that the child and his parents, or guardian, agree to conform with the school’s academic standards, its rules and regulations and all the policies contained in this handbook. The school retains the right to treat violators in accordance to the School Policies and Regulations. The right to dismiss any student for unsatisfactory academic standing and/or undesirable behavior is also validated by the school authorities.

Admission Procedures
The following steps are to be followed and observed by every enrollee:

  1. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the Admission, Health, and Bus Rider Information Forms.
  2. Fill out all information required and submit the forms to the Registrar’s Office for assessment.
  3. Get the schedule of the classifying exams. Take the exams and wait for the results after a week. Make a follow-up call to update the results.
  4. If qualified, proceed to the Principal for the signing of the agreement and a brief orientation.
  5. Proceed to the Accounting Department for the schedule of school fees computation, bus confirmation, and making necessary payments.

The following documents must be presented by the enrollee before admission to the school is granted:

For New Students and Transferees from the Philippines and other countries:

Grades 2-12 (Elementary and High School)

  1. Duly accomplished Enrolment, Health, and Bus Forms
  2. Latest Report Card (Form 138)
  3. Transcript of Records (Form 137) authenticated by the Department of Education, Department of Foreign Affairs and UAE Embassy, Manila
  4. 3 photos, passport size
  5. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  6. Photocopy of passport with valid UAE residence visa (student and sponsor)
  7. Immunization Card (Baby Book) or Health Records of the student

Kindergarten 1 & 2 and Grade 1

  1. Duly accomplished Enrollment, Health and Bus Forms
  2. 3 photos, passport size
  3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  4. Photocopy of Passport with valid UAE residence visa (student and sponsor)
  5. Immunization Card (Baby Book) or Health Records of the student

For Returning Students of TPGS

  1. Duly accomplished Enrollment, Health and Bus Forms
  2. Original Progress Report Card from previous grade/year level
  3. 2 photos, passport size

 

 For transferees within the United Arab Emirates:

  1. Duly accomplished Enrollment, Health, and Bus Forms
  2. Transfer Certificate from the school last attended
  3. 3 photos passport size
  4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  5. Photocopy of Passport with valid UAE residence visa (student and sponsor)
  6. Immunization Card (Baby Book) or Health Records of the student
  7. Form 137 from the previous school

*All requirements must be given upon enrollment. An admission Slip is issued to the student once he/she is admitted/ enrolled. This is to be presented to the Class Adviser on the 1st day of classes. Please take note that failure to completely comply with the requirements may mean forfeiture of registration with the school
